Myq2b reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.
Note: Myq2b offers a convenient return service for reasonable use by our customers.
For any return, Myq2b may require additional information and documentation (such as a government-issued photo identification) during the processing of a return to help determine whether to provide a refund/replacement. Myq2b reserves the right to take additional actions to prevent fraud or abuse (including denial of returns, refunds or exchanges, or, imposing return fees). Myq2b may modify this policy at any time.

Most unopened items sold by Myq2b in new condition and returned within 30 days (30 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition) will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for items sold on myq2b.com begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered by a myq2b or made ready for pick up. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

There’s not a flat rate for return shipping. Return shipping fees are based on shipping method.
Shipping may be included in the refund for qualifying return reasons.

For refunds: We may issue your refund before we receive your returned item. If we inspect the item and it’s not eligible (used, damaged, etc.) based on our return policy, we may charge your card for the refund we’ve already issued to you.
For replacements: If you return an unexpected or ineligible (used, damaged, etc.) we may not send you the replacement.
My2b doesn’t keep unexpected or ineligible (used, damaged, etc.) items sent to us. When able, we’ll donate or recycle them. If you’ve sent something to Target and want it back, contact us at 1-720-655-4728. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to find and send back your item. We also can't compensate you for unexpected or ineligible items returned to Myq2b.

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

You can return most items for free to our convenient locations. Additionally, most returns do not need to be boxed or labeled. Please make sure, however, that your item is returned in original or unused condition with tags attached and hygiene seals and liners intact, and in the original manufacturer's packaging including tags, components, accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and other inserts.
Please follow the return instructions for each item to receive a refund. Do not include items from separate orders in the same return.
If you have bought an item (e.g., computers, electronics) on which you've saved personal information, please erase this information completely by following manufacturer instructions.

While returns are generally free, certain situations or items may incur fees. Note that an item cannot be sent back to you after it has been returned. Most items include at least one free return shipping option, but some shipping/drop-off options come with an additional fee. Myq2b may also charge a fee if you have an unusually high return rate.
Amount: Varies by item and the shipping method selected
Late Fee: If you do not drop off or complete a carrier pick-up on or before the "return by date" once a return has started.
Amount: 20% of the item price
Damage fee: If you return an item that is damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, has tags removed or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an myq2b.com.
Amount: Up to 50% of the item price.
Global Store Returns
Items shipped from Myq2b.com, including Myq2b Resale, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:
For most Myq2b Global returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point located across the US. You can find your most convenient UPS location using the following link: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_US
Not all Global Store products are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
It can take up to 20 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received and processed at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Myq2b will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact Customer Service to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you'll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your refund. If your shipping charges aren't refunded, please call Myq2b at 1-720-655-4728 to determine if you're eligible for a refund. You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:
Your return was declined by our Online Return Center.
Your return was not due to an error by Myq2b.
If you placed an order and haven’t received it yet, you can refuse your order when the shipper delivers your package. When we receive the returned items, we’ll credit your account for the price of the items and any shipping costs.

Refunds for items returned that were purchased with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express Gift Card can be issued to the original gift card up to the original value of the card. Refunds usually show on the gift card within 7–10 days, but can vary by merchant. Merchants may have different policies for handling refunds of more than the original value of the gift card, so you'll need to check with the merchant when making your return.
